GENTLE BIRTHING WITH HYPNOSIS
By using hypnosis through your pregnancy, giving birth can be a gentle relaxed and comfortable process as it enables you to work with the rhythms of the contractions rather than against them. It is the fear and anxiety lodged in our minds that gets in the way and causes our bodies to tense up. You will learn how to control the level of discomfort you feel by using self hypnosis, breathing techniques and simple mental exercises.
Mothers who have had a traumatic birth previously have commented how much easier and calmer their deliveries were after learning these techniques.
