Hypnosis is extremely helpful with anxiety and stress related problems, fears and phobias,confidence building, pain control, gentle birthing and so much more.
I trained with the London College of Clinical Hypnotherapy and I am fully insured. I regularly undertake additional professional hypnotherapy training and have specialised training in Pain Control and Gentle Birthing with Hypnosis. I am also an EFT Practitioner and Reiki Master.
My practice is in Hurst, within easy reach of Twyford, Wargrave, Henley, Wokingham, Maidenhead, Bracknell and Reading.
